TechHQ – Can established businesses mimic startup style?

Share post -

The increasing number of developers being drawn to the excitement and pace of working with innovative startups has left larger businesses facing a growing skills gap. In this TechHQ article, Saurav Gupta, our Sales Engineer, argues that to overcome this issue, established businesses must look at what it is about startups that attracts talent, and combine the most appealing aspects with that of their own organisation. This means adopting the agility and collaborative nature of a startup alongside the tried and tested processes of their own established business, for example. This will make them more attractive to not only new talent, but it will also help them to retain their existing talent.
