Elite Business – Hacking culture to improve productivity

Businesses must become dynamic in order to succeed and in this article from Elite Business Magazine, our Manager of Sales Engineering, Jon Payne, argues that this dynamism can be achieved by businesses hacking their culture. An idea spoken about by Gartner, this requires finding vulnerable points in a company’s culture and turning them into real change that sticks. Jon explains how businesses can hack their culture by changing the way certain roles operate and adopting a fail fast mentality, for example, and the significant impact this can have on productivity.
