Programme Director Integrating Care, NHS England Malcolm was chief information officer (director of IT) at Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust has stepped down to join NHS Digital. He is the programme director and will look after integration and social care, also known as Domain D, Programmes 13 and 15.
